Spring 2018 Concerts on May 23rd & 24th
Joy of Vox will be presenting its spring concerts at 7:30 on Wednesday, May 23rd and Thursday, May 24th at the Cathedral of the Holy Family (123 Nelson Road). For those interested, food and drinks will be available both prior to the show (starting at 6:00) and at the post-concert reception. Concert seating begins at 6:45.
Directed by Streetnix alumnus BJ Harris and accompanied by pianist Penny Rosten, JOV performs a diverse repertoire of popular music from the last 60-70 years, guaranteeing a little something for everyone. Performing everything from Top 40 pop hits to movie themes, jazz standards to video game soundtracks (and even a little country and western thrown in for good measure), the group promises that fans of all ages will both enjoy the eclectic mix of original arrangements (including some a cappella), and be sure to have their toes a-tappin’ during the show.
Tickets are $17.50 (all ages) including fees and GST.
